KEY CONCEPTS AND APPROACHES OF STATE POLICY REGARDING THE SOCIALIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION GRADUATES IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The full-scale invasion into Ukraine was a challenge for all spheres. A heavy fate is building a state after our VICTORY falls on the shoulders of the younger generation. Individuals of the new formation who have professional and personal qualities that correspond to modern realities, inspire hope for the rapid reconstruction of Ukraine. Therefore, the strategic course of our most beautiful state should be aimed at renewing all spheres of social life, primarily education. The quality of the process of youth socialization as an intellectual, cultural and demographic resource is defined today as an important factor in the integration of higher education institutions of Ukraine into the European educational space. That is why the socialization process of higher education students, the creation and implementation of the necessary conditions of the educational environment belong to the priority tasks of state policy. Therefore, the study of the concepts and approaches of state policy regarding the socialization of higher education recipients in Ukraine is extremely relevant, as it is necessary to create the necessary conditions at the state level that would help young people to realize themselves and be directly involved in the development processes of Ukraine. What will allow to expand the public base of transformations, ensure the economic, cultural and social reproduction and development of the state during the war and after the VICTORY. The article examines the institution of higher education as a center of intellectual, spiritual, physical and cultural development of the individual and the impact of higher education on the successful socialization of youth. The characteristics of the state of higher education in our country and the tools of state policy for the socialization of higher education in Ukraine are given. It is established that current trends in socialization of higher education at the state level are characterized by changing and complicating the functions of public authorities, which form the vertical management of the industry, the transformation of the regulatory framework governing public relations in this area, rapid development of organizations and services, student youth, changing the configuration of public organizations of student government. It is proved that the socialization of higher education seekers should occupy a special place in public policy, be a mandatory attribute of education, which is the basis of the educational process.
