HISTORICAL INFLUENCE ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL BASICS OF THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING SYSTEM OF THE MILITARY AND HUMANITARIAN PROFILE

Abstract

The article examines the issue of changes in the organization of the educational process under the influence of the collapse of the Soviet Union, using the example of the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachny. The author also considers the influence of the introduction of North Atlantic Alliance standards into education. The main components of the organizational basis of professional training are considered (documents regulating training, educational and material base), the competencies acquired by future officers of the military-humanitarian profile are analyzed, as well as the main components of successful training and education of cadets. It was determined that the collapse of the Soviet Union and the consolidation of the standards of the South Atlantic Alliance had a significant impact on the educational process of training future officers. First of all, it is the introduction of the Bologna process and independent testing, which changed the system of admission to higher education institutions, the change of the officer’s party-political education to national-patriotic education, the transition from the “I can, know, understand” standard to the acquisition of “competencies”. The main components of training at the National Army Academy for the military-humanitarian profile are highlighted: spiritual and cultural, national-patriotic, documentary, professional and practical. Summarizing the researched material, it can be concluded that the historical events of Independent Ukraine significantly influenced the educational process in the higher military educational institution, a fundamental change took place in the foundations of the educational process, and taking into account the recent events of today, the development of training will change and develop in the future.During the study of organizational changes in the educational process of the National Army Academy named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachny, the author used the following general scientific methods: logical and analytical, methods of generalization and systematization, the method of deduction and induction, and the method of comparison.
