Open Access Policy, Copyright and Licensing

Journal follows the policy of the open access (Open Access). All the articles are located permanently and free of charge at once after the issue’s publication. The full textual access to the Journal’s scientific articles in the real time mode is presented in the official site of the Journal in the Part "Archives".

It corresponds to the definition of the open access from BOAI. The license policy of the journal is compatible with the most number of policies of the open access and archiving of materials.

Authors whose articles are published in open-access retain copyright to the content of the articles. The publisher is granted the right to make the first publication of the article. Open access articles can be published under the Creative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0: allows content to be copied, adapted, displayed, distributed, re-published or otherwise re-used for any purpose including for adaptation and commercial use provided the content is attributed.

Archiving and Long-Term Preservation Policy

The journal ensures reliable and long-term preservation of all published materials in accordance with international digital archiving standards.

To safeguard scientific content:

all journal issues are archived in the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine;

articles are deposited in the institutional repositories of universities collaborating with the authors;

the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform is used, supporting Open Access and meeting modern digital archiving standards.

Each published article:

is permanently available on the journal website without time limitations;

has a unique DOI (Digital Object Identifier), ensuring stable and long-term access.

Open Data Policy

The journal encourages authors to deposit all data supporting the results of their research in open repositories (institutional, national, or international), in line with FAIR principles. A DOI or other persistent data identifier should be provided in the article metadata and/or in the Data Availability section.
